On 18 November 2017 at 0900 Admiral Naris Pratumsuwan, the Commander-in-Chief of the Royal Thai Navy went to Bali Hai Pier and embarked HTMS Thalang, the designated reviewing ship, for a final rehearsal in Pattaya Bay, to confirm the RTN’s readiness to organize the historic International Fleet Review 2017 to commemorate the 50^th anniversary of ASEAN establishment.
